Homemade Sausage

Today was a good day to cook up some sausage from the last pigs we butchered.
I made 3 sweet sausage and 2 Hot sausages for Zach and I. Which will be plenty when I include sides for dinner.

To make the sausage I put it in a dish and covered it with spaghetti sauce and added some water.

Which is how the men in the family like there sausage sandwiches, with some sauce. I covered it and placed in the oven at 350 degrees. Once it’s close to being finished I will begin making sides. I’m thinking about a noodle side and probably green beans to go with it.
