Reusables in the Bathroom

There are a lot of options for cutting down the paper waste in your bathroom. There are also lots of perks, such as not having to remember to pick up more toilet paper, or having to send your husband/boyfriend/man of the house to the store for feminine products because you ran out.

Using reusables in the bathroom might make you picture a lot of dirty laundry that you will have to deal with that stinks and is gross. But it really isn’t that way at all!

Lets talk about some minor changes that you can make in the bathroom that might not sound so bad and are great for your own health and appearance.

1. Reusable Make up Rounds-flannel for your face can very beneficial. These can get more of your product to your face, in our experiences as well as many of our customers. These are smaller and just the perfect size for applying or removing makeup. These are smaller and just the perfect size for applying or removing makeup.

2. Reusable Flannel Face Wipes-these are just a larger size to our makeup rounds for those who need more of a wipe size to apply or remove makeup. They have the same benefits and are soft on your face!

Cloth menstrual pads-these in my experience can help decrease the length of your periods and the cramps you have. They can be made of many different types of material and sizes to accommodate your flow and your body type. They also make menstrual cups if you prefer them. I prefer the cloth pads for the ease of them. They also make menstrual cups if you prefer them. I prefer the cloth pads for the ease of them. I also use a wet bag to store them and peroxide can help remove stains. They can be washed with your other laundry, or bathroom towels. These are also great for pantyliners for everyday wear. They can be treated just as you would treat your underwear!

Reusable Toilet Paper-we make them from flannel material, and they are very soft. The softness has many benefits such as hemorrhoids or other times when you are too sensitive for rough paper toilet paper. They are also popular when you can’t use certain disposable toilet paper due to your septic system. Many women use them just for pee, and a lot of men are more open to the idea than you would think because of the softness. You can keep a pail with a mixture by the toilet to help reduce odors until wash day. If they are washed every 2-3 days max, they really do not cause any smell issues. When washing it is highly recommended to avoid any kitchen towels or linens to avoid contamination but they are fine in with other laundry. The softness has many benefits such as hemorrhoids or other times when you are too sensitive for rough paper toilet paper.
